What is this all about?

What is this all about, well it is my hopes that I can turn this blog into a network that can be used by others as well as myself who are having or have had a hard time starting a startup business and hopefully be able to help each other in all the aspects we are having difficulties. It is also a launch pad for changing the "RULES" that we have all been told in our experiences with our curent or past jobs.
